We're The House of Brisket Paris, and we've been one of the leading food trucks and caterers serving Champaign, Terre Haute, Bloomington, and surrounding areas. We pride ourselves on paying attention, and providing a well-prepared meal to our fans and customers is important to us. We specialize in brisket with a unique flavor all its own. We are a mobile unit that sets up at different festivals throughout Illinois and Indiana. We cater private parties, corporate functions, weddings, and local town events. Our Story

At The House of Brisket, we believe that a good barbecue is like a great story, you've got to start with a good foundation. We start with the best ingredients because they're full of flavor, they're juicy and tender, and they make your mouth water. Then we smoke them low and slow to bring out the flavor even more.
